Paige Fallon represents employers in labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance counseling, and dispute resolution. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to helping clients navigate workplace challenges and employment-related disputes.
Originally from Ohio, Paige now calls Greenville home. Before joining the firm, she developed her litigation and employment law skills through a judicial externship, law school clinical work, and exposure to both federal and state court practice.
During law school, Paige served as a judicial extern to the Honorable DeAndrea G. Benjamin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She also participated in judicial observation programs before the Honorable Justice D. Garrison Hill of the South Carolina Supreme Court and the Honorable Walton J. McLeod IV of the South Carolina Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
Paige earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May 2025. Her work in labor and employment law was recognized with the Knox L. Haynsworth, Jr. Labor Law Award and the CALI Award for Excellence in Individual Employment Law. She also received the CALI Award for Excellence in Criminal Practice Clinic and the Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough Center on Professionalism Award. During law school, Paige was a member of the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal, served as a Law Ambassador, and participated in the Criminal Practice Clinic.
Paige earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
Outside the office, Paige enjoys making pottery and spending time with her fiancé and their two miniature dachshunds, Skittles and Penny.
