Tim J. Gorde

Timothy Gorde is an associate attorney in Ogletree Deakins’ Richmond office. His practice focuses mainly on litigation, representing employers in class actions, wage-and-hour, employee misclassification, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination cases. Timothy has appeared and argued before several state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Timothy served as a law clerk and staff attorney with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals, respectively. He has also worked at another firm in downtown Richmond, representing employers.

In his free time, Timothy plays in several recreational sports leagues.
