Nicholas “Nick” Quatraro represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Nick brings a distinctive background to his employment practice. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, he focused on eDiscovery and information governance, supporting government investigations and multi-district litigation involving electronically stored information. That experience gives him a practical edge in the discovery and data-management issues that frequently surface in workplace disputes. He also previously represented employees in labor and employment matters in state and federal courts. His experience provides him with a well-rounded perspective for evaluating claims, shaping litigation strategy, and advising employers.
