Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Bari held progressively responsible positions with one of the world’s largest business immigration practices, where she managed complex client portfolios and led initiatives to improve legal processes, develop procedural guidance, and train attorneys and paraprofessionals.
Bari earned her JD from the Maurice A Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of International Business and Law and received multiple academic and public service honors. She earned her BA in Political Science, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
