Dallis Terc is counsel with Ogletree Deakins’ immigration practice group, where she assists corporate clients and their employees in all aspects of employment-based immigration. She has extensive experience working with multinational corporations on the full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3, and Adjustment of Status.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Dallis worked for a business immigration law firm in Philadelphia, where she represented high-volume corporate clients in the credit card, financial technology, and telecommunications industries. Specifically, she successfully and strategically guided corporate clients throughout the entire PERM Labor Certification process, and advised on nonimmigrant visa strategy for employees from hiring to attainment of their green card. Additionally, Dallis worked with religious institutions and religious workers on R-1 and the relevant green card pathways, including EB-4. Dallis also has experience representing clients in removal proceedings to obtain humanitarian benefits, including Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and Temporary Protected Status.
