Elliot Fink represents employers across a wide range of industries in all aspects of labor and employment law. His practice encompasses traditional labor matters, employment counseling, and litigation, including single-plaintiff, class, and collective actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and employee mobility disputes. He also represents employers in labor and employment arbitrations and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state and local labor and human rights agencies.
Elliot regularly partners with employers to navigate complex workplace challenges, advising on litigation avoidance strategies, compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, labor relations, union organizing campaigns, workplace investigations, employment agreements, policies, and handbooks, and other management-side workplace issues. Drawing on his prior experience as an HR professional, Elliot brings a practical, business-oriented perspective to helping employers assess risk and develop effective workplace solutions.
Elliot graduated magna cum laude from both the University of Michigan and Fordham University School of Law.
