Brad Bigos

Brad Bigos is a shareholder in the firm’s Seattle office. Brad focuses his practice on assisting employers to resolve disputes arising from employment and providing advice to help avoid or address such disputes. After eight years as an attorney with an international organization and the federal government, Brad entered private practice in employment litigation in 2016. Brad has significant experience handling employment matters in various forums from prelitigation disputes and administrative charges to litigation in state and federal courts, including both single plaintiff matters and class actions. Brad is an experienced litigator with substantial experience in discovery and motions practice as well as successful trial experience.

Brad partners closely with clients to investigate claims thoroughly and to develop litigation strategies that reflect each employer’s business priorities. This involves working closely with clients to investigate claims, gather crucial evidence in support of defenses, identify priorities for the company, and develop the strategy moving forward.
