Cristina’s practice focuses on federal immigration and nationality law, with an emphasis on corporate business immigration. She excels in handling legally-complex cases across the full spectrum of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters for high-volume clients in the tech and financial services industries. Cristina is dedicated to providing zealous representation for her clients while helping them to fully grasp and feel in control of the immigration process.

What is unique to Cristina’s practice is her breadth of understanding of the demands of global business. Cristina has previously worked as a lecturer and researcher in international economic law for a renowned university in Germany, assessing and helping shape the regulatory frameworks that encourage cross-border business in the technology age. Accordingly, she understands first-hand the importance of global mobility to a successful multinational company, and the impact immigration and cross border practice can have on wider global business.

Cristina has a strong, global legal education; she earned a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, where she served as President of the International Law Society and represented Boston University on multiple moot court teams, and an LL.M. in European Union Law from Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II in Paris, France. Her doctoral thesis from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg on combating the effects of cross border disinformation on international trade will be published soon. She speaks English and German, and when pressed, a little French.
