Jessica (Jessy) Faulkner has spent her career nearly exclusively practicing immigration law, providing services ranging from M&A employment transitions to pro-bono medical visas. She provides nonimmigrant work, including H-1B, TN, and O-1s, as well as immigrant services, including EB-1, NIW, PERM, and AOS. Jessy strives to utilize her position at Ogletree to assist families and businesses and seeks to make the world feel a little more connected every day.
