Mary E. Greene

Of Counsel   |   Sacramento

Molly brings more than 30 years of litigation experience, including employment matters involving harassment and retaliation claims, as well as complex litigation in high-stakes intellectual property disputes. She has handled complex litigation at every stage of a case and has extensive experience with law and motion, including successfully writing and arguing dozens of dispositive motions and appeals. These skills translate directly to the dispositive-motion practice that drives so much of our work. She also owned her own litigation firm for eight years, leading a team that handled complex disputes across these practice areas.

Outside of work, Molly and her husband, Scott, recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. They’re proud parents to two Australian Shepherds, Denali (10) and Cali (2) (Cali is just beginning her show dog and sheep herding career). Molly also enjoys cooking, traveling, Disney, music, wheelchair racing, and spending time with their dogs.

An accomplished athlete, Molly has completed 30 marathons, including the California International Marathon, Walt Disney World Marathon, New York City Marathon, Los Angeles Marathon, and Houston Marathon. She has competed both as an able-bodied runner and, more recently, as a wheelchair athlete.
