Ogletree Deakins Grows Las Vegas Office, Welcomes Employment Litigator Derek Noack as Shareholder

LAS VEGAS – August 3, 2026 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Derek Noack to the firm’s Las Vegas office as a shareholder. Noack joins the firm from Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, where he was a partner.

Noack brings more than a decade of litigation experience to Ogletree Deakins. His practice is focused on employment litigation, including defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and in state and federal courts. Noack is licensed to practice in both Nevada and California and has served as lead trial counsel in jury and bench trials, securing favorable defense verdicts.

Noack handles all aspects of employment litigation, from prelitigation strategy and EEOC charges through discovery, depositions, motions practice, arbitration, and trial.
