Peyton Souvenir is an associate in the Las Vegas office of Ogletree Deakins. She represents and advises employers in a broad spectrum of labor and employment law matters.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Peyton represented corporate clients in a variety of litigation matters. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She has worked closely with businesses across industries, from quick-service restaurants and technology companies to insurance carriers and, through both private practice and in-house roles, has developed a practical understanding of complex legal and business challenges.
During law school, Peyton served as a certified law student with the Washington County District Attorney’s office, where she developed hands-on courtroom and trial skills. She also served as a Legal Research & Writing tutor and as an Articles Editor for the Oregon Review of International Law, authoring an article published in Volume 26 of the journal.
Before law school, Peyton earned her B.A. in English from Lewis-Clark State College, where she was a four-year member of the women’s basketball team and served as team captain. Originally from Cathlamet, Washington, Peyton is a proud Pacific Northwest native. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and taking exercise classes with friends.
