Rogelio (Roger) Alanis Robles has more than fifteen years of experience in labor matters, advising domestic and international companies doing business in Mexico and helping them navigate the ever-changing Mexican legal framework. He is fluent in Spanish and English and has coordinated numerous international projects across Latin American jurisdictions, serving as a liaison with U.S.-based corporate offices.

Roger continuously tracks and writes about new legal developments, which has led him to co-chair the Legislative Update committee of the Human Resources Association in Southwest Coahuila since 2015, an important business chamber in northern Mexico. He has authored and co-authored several publications and has served as a speaker at seminars and lectures on Mexican labor and employment matters, both nationally and internationally.
Roger previously worked at the General Consulate of Mexico in Dallas, Texas, where he assisted in labor, immigration, criminal, and human rights matters.
In 2018, Roger was an instructor for the Labor Law Specialization program for judicial officers, developed by the Judicial Council for the State of Nuevo Leon.
