Hilario Cortés is a labor and employment attorney with more than 13 years of experience gained at a leading labor and employment law firm. Throughout his career, he has advised and represented employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, coordinating and managing litigation across Mexico. His experience includes representing employers in proceedings before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, Labor Courts, Circuit Collegiate Courts, and Federal District Courts.
Hilario also has experience handling labor-related amparo proceedings, as well as planning and implementing employee termination processes.
