Booth’s arrival further expands the firm’s cybersecurity and data privacy capabilities at a time when employers face increasing regulatory scrutiny, sophisticated cyber threats, and rapidly evolving technology risks. With more than a decade of legal and information security experience, he counsels organizations on cybersecurity preparedness, incident response, data privacy compliance, artificial intelligence, and complex technology transactions.
Booth represents employers in high-stakes regulatory investigations and security incidents, helping organizations manage legal, operational, and reputational risk while maintaining business continuity. He is particularly recognized for helping employers strengthen cyber resilience through proactive risk assessments, incident response planning, and practical solutions tailored to their business objectives.

Booth holds a JD from Columbia Law School and an MBA from Northwestern University, along with a BA, summa cum laude, and MA from New York University. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and he has served as an Intelligence and Public Affairs Officer in the United States Navy Reserve since 2017.
