Megan Wilkes is an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on advising employers in the construction trades with the resolution of grievance actions, collective bargaining agreements, project labor agreements, prevailing wage issues, jurisdictional disputes, benefit contribution compliance, and managing withdrawal liability.
Megan also advises employers in the logistics, hospitality, and manufacturing industries on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employee relations, workplace policies, internal investigations, wage and hour compliance, leave and accommodation issues, discipline and termination decisions, and day-to-day issues that shape the workplace.
