Geoff Paschke is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Geoff focuses his practice on representing employers and guiding clients through all phases of litigation in state and federal court, arbitrations, and administrative agency actions. He also provides pre-dispute counseling to help employers protect their business interests before litigation arises. He has experience representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters and disputes, including actions involving claims of breach of restrictive covenants, tortious interference, unfair competition, breach of duty of loyalty, and trade secret misappropriation.
Prior to joining the firm, Geoff was an associate at a boutique litigation firm where he represented clients in employment-related litigation matters within the financial services industry.
While in law school, Geoff served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard A. Lanzillo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Geoff worked for three years as a financial crimes compliance analyst at a large financial institution in Washington, D.C., where he focused on combating money laundering and fraud.
He currently serves on the Young Professional Council for Benjamin Rose, an organization dedicated to supporting older adults and their caregivers.
