Lindsay Reimer is an experienced litigator who defends employers in state and federal court and in arbitration throughout the country. Lindsay has litigated hundreds of class and collective actions involving wage and hour issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour laws and focuses her practice on defending employers across the nation in this complex litigation.
