Proposed Family Leave Insurance Regulations Issued

On October 6, 2008, the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL) issued its long-awaited proposed regulations implementing New Jersey’s Paid Family Leave Law, formally known as the “Family Leave Insurance Law.”  (For a detailed alert on the proposed regulations, click here).
