California requires all supervisors to receive AB 1825-compliant training within six months of being hired or promoted to a supervisory position. In addition to addressing issues of workplace sexual harassment, this training covers all forms of unlawful harassment under California and federal law, and complies with AB 2053, which requires that supervisors be trained on the prevention of “abusive conduct” in the workplace—better known as “bullying.”
