Hotel reservations are the responsibility of participants and should be made on or before Monday, April 20, 2026, to receive the Ogletree Deakins special rate. The hotel block is limited, so please make your reservations as soon as possible. The special room rate is guaranteed until April 20, 2026, or until the room block is sold out (whichever occurs first).

The special Ogletree Deakins seminar rate is $279 per night.
Attendees may bring one guest to the evening events only. The guest fee is $150.
