California requires all supervisors to receive AB 1825-compliant training within six months of being hired or promoted to a supervisory position. In addition to sexual harassment and disrespect, this training also covers California’s law, AB 2053, which requires that supervisors be trained on “abusive conduct” in the workplace—better known as “bullying.”
