The VETS-4212 form allows the U.S. Department of Labor and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs to collect data from all nonexempt federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract or subcontract in the amount of $150,000 or more on the protected veteran status of their workforces, organized by occupational category. While compiling, reporting, and filing VETS-4212 reports may be less confusing than filing EEO-1 reports, contractors still need to pay careful attention to correctly reporting employee numbers, hiring locations, and occupational categories. Our presenters will answer contractors’ frequently asked questions on filing their VETS-4212 reports as this year’s deadline approaches.
