Pre-employment tests, including physical ability tests, can be valuable tools for determining a candidate’s ability to perform essential job functions. This webinar will focus on the parameters of employment tests and the legal issues that come with them. It will also address the importance of carefully validating such tests prior to implementation and reexamining existing pre-employment tests to ensure they do not increase the risk of legal scrutiny.
