Many states in the Western United States have Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-approved State Plans. A number of these states, including California, Nevada, and Oregon, have been particularly active during the COVID-19 pandemic. What have they been up to that is the same or different from what federal OSHA has been doing? What might the future hold? In this webinar, the speakers will take a look at the activity of these OSHA-approved State Plans during 2020 and consider what might lie ahead.
