In November 2020, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board of the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) passed an emergency COVID-19 regulation that requires employers to implement a written “COVID-19 Prevention Program.” In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the program’s testing, tracing, and notice scenarios, and other compliance issues.
