The European Union (EU) Pay Transparency Directive will apply to every employer with a headcount in the EU. The deadline for implementing the directive in each EU country is June 7, 2026, which is less than 12 months away, so the clock is ticking! Join us as we explore the directive’s key provisions, including pay transparency, the categorization of workers (such as those performing work of equal value), and the requirements for reporting the gender pay gap. Pete Bell, a member of Ogletree’s data analytics team, and Daniella McGuigan will discuss the directive and its implications, including the actions and preparations you may want to consider now.
