In this session of the Labor Law Foundation Series, the speakers will discuss the early warning signs, risk assessments, supervisor training concepts (including how to evaluate supervisor status), union authorization cards, campaign communications, delivery mechanisms, bargaining unit issues, and head count assessments. The speakers will also address what questions to ask during the organizing process and key considerations based on the responses.
