On December 2, 2021, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced the upcoming launch of an online portal that covered federal contractors and subcontractors must use to certify, on an annual basis, that they have developed and maintained an affirmative action program for each establishment and/or functional unit, as applicable.
