OSH Law Primer, Part II: The Rulemaking Process

Join us for OSH Law Primer, a webinar series that will provide an overview of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and how both influence workplaces in the United States. In the second webinar, the speakers will cover rulemaking under Section 5(a)(2) of the OSH Act and industry standards adopted by reference under Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act (also known as the General Duty Clause). Future topics will include recordkeeping and reporting, OSHA citations, preemption, and employment law issues related to workplace health and safety.
