Join us for OSH Law Primer, a webinar series that provides an overview of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and how they influence workplaces in the United States. This webinar will cover imminent danger inspections, which are conducted by OSHA when there is a reasonable belief that a condition or practice in the workplace exists that could reasonably be expected to cause death or serious physical harm immediately or before the danger can be eliminated through normal enforcement procedures. Future episodes will address topics such as OSHA-approved state plans and preemption.
