Ogletree Deakins Unveils MSHA Tracker Dashboard

Ogletree Deakins has unveiled its most recent offering, the MSHA Tracker Dashboard. Available on both the Ogletree Deakins Client Portal and the firm’s website, the dashboard allows users to compile and sort publicly available Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) citation and penalty data to track enforcement history and identify emerging enforcement trends.

Data within the MSHA Tracker Dashboard can filtered to focus on standards cited, types of citations and orders, and citation gravity. Additional data and filters are available to paid subscribers of the Ogletree Deakins’ Client Portal. To access the public MSHA Tracker Dashboard, click here.
