Ogletree Deakins Selects New Co-Chair for the Pay Equity Practice Group

Kristi Nelson Foy, shareholder in the firm’s Milwaukee office, has been selected to serve as co-chair of the firm’s Pay Equity Practice Group. She will serve alongside Shafeeqa Giarranti and Daniella McGuigan in this leadership role.

A seasoned attorney, Kristi brings extensive experience in litigation and strategic advisory work, particularly around pay audits, compensation and evaluation processes, and pay transparency compliance. She will lead a group known for its comprehensive approach to pay equity, helping employers develop and refine compensation policies, conduct detailed pay audits, navigate pay transparency issues, and defend equal pay claims in various state and federal forums, including class action litigation.
