Orange County Shareholder Carolyn Enciso Sieve has rejoined Ogletree Deakins from GBG LLP, marking her return to the firm after previously practicing here as of counsel for more than seven years. She represents employers in state and federal litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings, with a practice covering discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, as well as wage and hour matters, California Private Attorneys General Act cases, and unfair competition and trade secrets disputes.
Sieve highlighted her eagerness to work with colleagues she has known for many years and the firm’s growth “in its depth and breadth of resources, including knowledge bases and technology” as the reasons for her return, as reported by Law360.
