Ogletree Deakins Expands San Antonio Office

SAN ANTONIO – July 25, 2005 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), one of the nation’s largest labor and employment specialty law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Dawn M. Knepper as an associate in the firm’s San Antonio office. Ms. Knepper comes to Ogletree Deakins from Richie & Gueringer, P.C.

Ms. Knepper represents and advises clients in many types of employment-related matters including labor relations, wage and hour, workers’ compensation, and wrongful discharge law. She handles cases involving Title VII, the ADA and the FMLA and has represented clients during EEOC and Department of Labor investigations. Ms. Knepper has also served as a Staff Attorney with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
