Ogletree Deakins Ranked #1 on Martindale-Hubbell's Top 10 Labor & Employment Litigation List

ATLANTA – April 18, 2007 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms, is pleased to announce the firm has been ranked number one on Martindale-Hubbell’s Top 10 Labor & Employment Litigation List. Firms appearing on the list were ranked according to the number of Federal District Court cases they’ve handled for clients during the past 24 months. Ogletree Deakins has held the top position on this list for the last two months.

Ogletree Deakins’ ranking on Martindale’s list comes just two months after the firm was selected as the law firm employers most frequently turn to for representation in federal discrimination suits – according to a survey released by the Employment Law360. The firm was retained in 349 federal discrimination suits last year topping several large competitors. In addition, the firm was ranked second in employment litigation and ERISA litigation.
