Melissa A. Bailey Joins Ogletree Deakins' Washington Office

WASHINGTON – May 4, 2007 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), the nation’s third largest labor and employment law firm, is pleased to announce that Melissa A. Bailey has joined the firm’s Washington office as Of Counsel. She comes to Ogletree Deakins from Arent Fox.

Ms. Bailey brings over ten years of legal expertise to the firm and has an extensive background in government relations and labor and employment law, including substantial litigation experience in occupational safety and health matters. She represents clients before Congress and government agencies on matters involving wage and hour laws, family leave issues, disability law, and labor management issues. Ms. Bailey also regularly writes and speaks on occupational safety and health matters.
