Ellen Toth Joins Ogletree Deakins' Cleveland Office

CLEVELAND – July 30, 2007 – The Cleveland office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. announces the addition of Ellen Toth as of counsel. Ms. Toth has practiced labor and employment law and litigation in Cleveland since 1991 and brings a wealth of expertise to Ogletree Deakins.

Ms. Toth first began her practice with a full-service national firm where she served as lead counsel in defending employment litigation in state and federal court. Most recently, she was labor and employment counsel for YRC Worldwide, Inc., the parent company for the Roadway Express, Yellow Transportation and USF transportation companies. In addition to her employment litigation practice, Ms. Toth provides training to employers on employment law issues such as Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. She is an active member of the Northern District of Ohio’s chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is presently Vice President. She is also a life delegate to the Judicial Conference of the Eighth District of Ohio.
