Nashville Attorney Elected to ABA's Labor and Employment Law Section Council

NASHVILLE – August 22, 2007 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), the nation’s third largest labor and employment law firm, announced today that attorney Keith D. Frazier has been elected to the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section Council. Frazier, who is a shareholder in the firm’s Nashville office and also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, was elected to the position on August 12 at the ABA’s 2007 Annual Meeting in San Francisco.

Frazier has been very involved in the ABA and has held numerous positions in the labor and employment law section. Most recently, he was co-chair of the Budget Committee and served in that role for three years. He will begin his four-year term on the Council effective immediately.

“It’s an honor to be elected to Council and help govern the ABA’s Labor and Employment Law Section,” said Frazier. “It’s a wonderful opportunity, and I look forward to serving in this new role.”
