Mr. Post formerly practiced labor and employment law for more than 30 years at ReedSmith, where he headed the firm’s Employment, Labor, and Benefits Department. He represents management in labor law matters and employee benefit disputes. He also advises employers concerning union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, equal employment law, wage and hour matters, and disputes arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Mr. Post earned his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1971 and his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in 1968.
