Zwetsch has joined the firm’s Tampa office as a shareholder. Previously, he was a shareholder at Fowler White Boggs.
Kevin D. Zwetsch has 25 years of experience in employment law and human resource management and for the past 17 years has represented employers in employment law matters. His practice covers all types of employment-related disputes, including discrimination and sexual harassment, employee benefits, wage and hour, and leaves of absence. Mr. Zwetsch defends management before courts and administrative agencies throughout Florida and regularly counsels employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, human resource issues and strategies. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Mr. Zwetsch earned his law degree, with honors, in 1992.
