Previously, Hawk was a partner with Fisher & Phillips LLP. Hawk focuses her practice exclusively on immigration matters and advising clients on current immigration legislation. She has substantial experience with I-9 compliance and regularly conducts training and performs audits in this area, as well as, advises employers and management on immigration policy. Hawk has expansive knowledge and experience across a wide range of immigration petitions, consular processing, visa applications, waiver cases and outbound placement.
