The team’s primary focus is to assist employers with the employment law, traditional labor, and workplace safety issues related to the Ebola crisis. More specifically, the Ebola Rapid Response Team counsels employers on myriad legal obligations related to the Ebola crisis, including those involving Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) compliance, and assists with developing policies and written communications to employees regarding Ebola risks.
