Yee focuses her practice on representing management in employment counseling and litigation in a wide range of areas, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, garnishments, medical leaves, and wage and hour laws. Outside of her practice, Yee serves on Ogletree Deakins’ Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She is also president of the Michigan Asian Pacific American Bar Association and serves on the National Pacific American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Committee. Yee earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
