(Ogletree Deakins), one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is expanding its litigation capabilities in Texas by welcoming Ellen Perlioni in the firm’s Dallas office. Perlioni, a seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience, was previously a partner with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP. Perlioni has extensive experience defending clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action litigation, and also regularly counsels clients on a variety of compliance issues.

Perlioni has an active pro bono practice. She has served on the Dallas Suicide and Crisis Center’s board of directors and has handled multiple pro bono cases. Perlioni earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and earlier received a B.S. from Texas Christian University.
