For its Associate Satisfaction A-Listers survey, BTI conducted a large-scale, independent survey of more than 4,000 associates at Am Law 200, global, mid-size, and smaller law firms to uncover the drivers behind associate retention and job satisfaction.
Among numerous distinctions, Ogletree Deakins earned two “Best of the Best” recognitions, ranking among the top 2 percent of all law firms for Offering Associates Best Access to Training and Offering Women Associates Best Access to Training. The firm also earned “Leader” classifications in six categories, including Best at Helping Associates in their Career (top 3 percent ranking), Best at Helping Women Associates in Their Career (top 5 percent ranking), Best at Helping Women Associates Develop a Career Path (top 4 percent ranking).
