The BTI Most Recommended Law Firms 2022 report draws on data collected in BTI’s ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel. This includes in-depth interviews with 340 top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. More than half of the companies that participated in the 2022 study have participated in prior years, providing for an accurate analysis of longitudinal trends while simultaneously allowing for insights into new, changing, and coming shifts in the legal market.
The recommendations included in the BTI Most Recommended Law Firms 2022 report are all unsolicited. Nearly three in four of the legal decision makers surveyed point to superior client service as the reason behind the unsolicited recommendation, and 40 percent of respondents include the ability to understand their business as a key component of client service.
