INDIANAPOLIS – September 6, 2023 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Katrina Clingerman as a shareholder in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Clingerman joins Ogletree Deakins after nearly a decade as Associate General Counsel for Indiana University Health, Inc.
Clingerman has more than two decades of employee benefits and healthcare experience. In her previous role at Indiana University Health, Clingerman was responsible for legal compliance with respect to the retirement, health, welfare, and executive compensation plans of more than 35,000 employees. She also closely collaborated with employment counsel to address issues related to leaves of absence, disability, severance, and wage and hour laws. Clingerman previously practiced as a partner at Ice Miller, LLP and was a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Tax Practice Groups.

Clingerman earned her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law and her B.A. from DePauw University.
