Ogletree Deakins Expands into Southern Germany, Welcomes Dr. Martin Gresslin as Partner

BERLIN – July 1, 2024 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is expanding its footprint to Southern Germany with the addition of Dr. Martin Gresslin, who joins as a partner based in Munich. Dr. Gresslin arrives at Ogletree Deakins from SKW Schwarz, where he was a partner and previously led the firm’s employment law department.

Since 2007, Dr. Gresslin has served as a trusted and skilled advisor to employers in a range of industries, in particular the logistics, IT, and technology sectors. He counsels companies on myriad employment law issues, both in and out of court. Dr. Gresslin’s practice particularly focuses on restructurings and mass dismissals, outsourcing, company transactions, and collective employment law matters. In addition, he has strong expertise in company pension schemes.
