Ogletree Deakins Welcomes Veteran Labor Attorney Arturo Ross in Miami

MIAMI – July 17, 2024 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to welcome Arturo Ross as a shareholder in the firm’s Miami office. Ross joins the firm from Fox Rothschild, where he was a partner.

Ross is a highly accomplished labor and employment lawyer who started his career as a trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), followed by more than 20 years in private practice helping businesses navigate organized labor challenges. He has extensive experience handling collective bargaining agreements, labor arbitrations, election campaigns, and strategic labor relations planning. Ross has negotiated hundreds of labor contracts across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, construction, hospitality, higher education, and more. He has led numerous union prevention trainings and trains supervisory personnel on employee relations issues.

Ross earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. from Cornell University.
